Résumé : En tant que premier et dernier maillon de la chaîne, le pharmacien en acteur de santé important voit son métier évoluer. L’organisation de la pharmacie se voit modifiée et les exigences des patients grandissent pour avoir plus de sécurité. Nous observons à travers cette thèse la mise en place de la démarche qualité et l’avantage d’aller de devenir certifié pour gagner en organisation au sein de l’équipe et en sécurité du point de vue des professionnels de santé et des patients. Abstract : As the first and last link in the chain, the pharmacist, an important health player, sees his profession evolve. The organization of the pharmacy is changing and patients' demands are increasing for greater safety. Through this thesis, we observe the implementation of the quality approach and the advantage of becoming certified to gain organization within the team and safety from the point of view of health professionals and patients. | |||
