     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">La maladie de Parkinson, évolutive et sans traitement curatif, nécessite un suivi adapté aux fluctuations quotidiennes des patients, souvent âgés. Les biomarqueurs numériques, reposant sur des dispositifs courants comme les smartphones et montres connectées, permettent de recueillir de façon passive des données objectives sur les symptômes moteurs et non moteurs. Cette thèse analyse la maturité, la robustesse et l’applicabilité clinique des biomarqueurs numériques, en s’appuyant sur une revue critique des études récentes. Les résultats montrent une forte maturité pour la marche, le tremblement et le sommeil, grâce à des approches validées en clinique et en vie réelle. D’autres dimensions, comme la rigidité, restent à développer. L’intérêt des biomarqueurs numériques réside surtout dans le suivi longitudinal et la personnalisation de la prise en charge, à condition de privilégier des outils simples, accessibles et adaptés à la population concernée.</dcterms:abstract>
     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">Parkinson’s disease, which is progressive and currently has no curative treatment, requires monitoring that can adapt to the daily fluctuations experienced by patients, who are often elderly. Digital biomarkers, relying on commonly used devices such as smartphones and smartwatches, make it possible to passively collect objective data on both motor and non-motor symptoms. This thesis analyzes the maturity, robustness, and clinical applicability of digital biomarkers, based on a critical review of recent studies. The results highlight a high level of maturity for gait, tremor, and sleep, supported by approaches validated both in clinical settings and in real-life conditions. Other domains, such as rigidity, still require further development. The main value of digital biomarkers lies in longitudinal monitoring and personalized care, provided that simple, accessible tools are prioritized and adapted to the needs of the target population.</dcterms:abstract>
