     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">En réponse aux enjeux de la transition environnementale, les matériaux géosourcés et biosourcés, tels que la terre crue et les composites terre-chaux-chanvre, constituent des alternatives aux matériaux conventionnels. Le laboratoire CBTP du Groupe Pigeon développe des matériaux valorisant des co-produits de carrières. Cette thèse porte sur la caractérisation hygrothermique de certains de ces matériaux. L’étude est réalisée à différentes échelles, du matériau à la paroi, via une approche expérimentale et numérique. L’étude à l’échelle du matériau montre l’effet de la formulation (masse volumique, minéralogie et ajout de chanvre) et de la teneur en eau sur les propriétés thermiques et hygriques. La méthode de séchage innovante par convection forcée développée permet de réduire de moitié le temps de séchage par rapport à la convection naturelle. L’étude à l’échelle de la paroi réalisée en enceinte bi-climatique compare le comportement hygrothermique de quatre solutions constructives se distinguant par leur matériau et le positionnement de l’isolant. Les résultats montrent des caractéristiques favorables pour les parois à base de terre pour limiter les surchauffes estivales, réduire les besoins énergétiques de chauffage et contribuer à une meilleure stabilité hygrothermique globale.</dcterms:abstract>
     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">In response to the environmental transition challenges, geosourced and biosourced materials such as raw earth and earth-lime-hemp composites represent sustainable alternatives to conventional materials. The CBTP laboratory of the Pigeon Group develops materials that valorize quarry by-products. This thesis focuses on the hygrothermal characterization of some of these materials. The study is carried out at different scales, from the material to the wall, using both experimental and numerical approaches. At the material scale, it highlights the effect of formulation (bulk density, mineralogy, and hemp addition) and moisture content on thermal and hygric properties. The innovative forced convection drying method developed within this work reduces the drying time by half compared to natural convection. At the wall scale, the experimental campaign conducted in a bi-climatic chamber compares the hygrothermal behavior of four constructive solutions differing in material composition and insulation positioning. The results show that earth-based walls exhibit favorable characteristics for limiting summer overheating, reducing heating energy demand, and contributing to improved overall hygrothermal stability.</dcterms:abstract>
