     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Ce travail explore l'impact de la mycoloylation des glucides et protéines membranaires sur les Corynebactéries face à l'antibiorésistance. Face à l'urgence sanitaire de la résistance aux antibiotiques, cette recherche fondamentale se penche sur les Corynebactéries, des bactéries Gram positif dotées d'une mycomembrane unique. La mycoloylation est un processus clé où des acides mycoliques sont ajoutés aux glucides (tréhalose, TDcM, TMM) et protéines membranaires (porines, CmpLs). Cette modification essentielle rend la membrane plus imperméable, altère les protéines de transport et favorise les biofilms, augmentant la résistance bactérienne. En étudiant spécifiquement C. diphtheriae et C. glutamicum, l'objectif est de comprendre ces mécanismes. La mycoloylation représente une cible thérapeutique prometteuse pour de nouvelles stratégies contre l'antibiorésistance croissante.</dcterms:abstract>
     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">This work explores the impact of mycoloylation of membrane carbohydrates and proteins on Corynebacteria in the context of antibiotic resistance. Given the urgent health crisis posed by antibiotic resistance, this fundamental research focuses on Corynebacteria, Gram-positive bacteria with a unique mycomembrane. Mycoloylation is a key process in which mycolic acids are added to carbohydrates (trehalose, TDcM, TMM) and membrane proteins (porins, CmpLs). This essential modification makes the membrane more impermeable, alters transport proteins, and promotes biofilms, increasing bacterial resistance. By studying C. diphtheriae and C. glutamicum specifically, the aim is to understand these mechanisms. Mycoloylation represents a promising therapeutic target for new strategies against growing antibiotic resistance.</dcterms:abstract>
