La formation continue constitue un levier pertinent pour améliorer le dépistage et la prise en charge de celle-ci. L’objectif de ce travail était de concevoir un module de formation en ligne destiné aux professionnels de santé, en partenariat avec l’OMéDIT Bretagne dans le cadre du programme OPPA (Optimisation de la Pharmacothérapie chez la Personne Agée). Ce un module OPPA sur la thématique de l’ostéoporose, était organisé en trois parties : apports théoriques, quiz et cas cliniques. L’objectif de cette formation était de mettre en avant une méthodologie précise de résolution de cas : le Plan de Médication Partagé ; et l’importance de l’inter professionnalité dans la sécurisation du parcours de soins. Une première session réunissant 36 professionnels de santé a eu lieu en avril 2025. En parallèle, un outil (livret patient) a été pensé pour accompagner au mieux les patients atteints d’ostéoporose. Osteoporosis, a common and underdiagnosed condition, represents a major public health issue, particularly among the elderly. Continuing education is an effective lever for improving screening and management of this condition. The aim of this project was to design an online training module for healthcare professionals, in partnership with OMéDIT Bretagne as part of the OPPA (Optimisation of Pharmacotherapy in the Elderly) program. This OPPA module on osteoporosis was organized into three parts: theoretical input, quizzes, and clinical cases. The objective of this training was to highlight a specific case resolution methodology: the Shared Medication Plan; and the importance of interprofessionality in ensuring the safety of the care pathway. A first session bringing together 36 healthcare professionals took place in April 2025. At the same time, a tool (patient booklet) was designed to provide the best possible support for patients with osteoporosis.
