     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Ces travaux portent sur l’élaboration par pulvérisation cathodique RF de couches minces ferroélectriques destinées à des dispositifs hyperfréquences reconfigurables et optiquement transparents. L’étude a d’abord porté sur BaTiO3, dont les performances diélectriques limitées ont conduit à se focaliser sur Ba0,7Sr0,3TiO3 (BSTO). L’optimisation des paramètres de dépôt et l’utilisation de recuits ex-situ ont permis l'élaboration de films accordables agiles en fréquence (A = 8,8%). L’intégration de couches tampon (CeO2, MgO, MgAl2O4) entre le substrat de saphir et la couche ferroélectrique BSTO a permis d'améliorer encore la qualité cristalline et les caractéristiques diélectriques, MgO apparaissant comme la meilleure solution (A = 15,6%). Le dopage au cérium (0,6% molaire) de la couche de BSTO a ensuite permis d’atteindre des performances record, avec une accordabilité A = 20,6% à 10 GHz. Ces hétérostructures diélectriques-ferroélectriques optimisées ont été intégrées dans une antenne boucle à fente micro-maillées (66% de transparence optique), validant la reconfigurabilité en fréquence (ΔF = 250 MHz) à 20 GHz. Ces travaux confirment ainsi le potentiel des couches minces ferroélectriques pour concevoir des dispositifs optiquement transparents et reconfigurables en hyperfréquences.</dcterms:abstract>
     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">This work focuses on the RF magnetron sputtering deposition of ferroelectric thin films for optically transparent and reconfigurable devices at microwaves. This study initially investigated BaTiO₃ thin films, whose limited dielectric performance led to a focus on Ba₀,₇Sr₀,₃TiO₃ (BSTO) thin films. Optimization of the deposition parameters combined with ex-situ annealing enabled the manufacture of tunable films (A = 8.8%). The use of buffer layers (CeO₂, MgO, MgAl₂O₄) implemented between the sapphire substrate and the ferroelectric layer improved both crystalline quality and dielectric properties, with MgO emerging as the best solution (A = 15.6%). Further enhancement was achieved through cerium doping (0.6 mol%), leading to a record performance with a frequency tunability A = 20.6% at 10 GHz. The optimized dielectric–ferroelectric heterostructures were then implemented into a micromesh slot-loop antenna (66% optical transparency), exhibiting a frequency tunability ΔF = 250 MHz at ∼ 20 GHz. This work thus reinforces the ability of ferroelectric thin films in the design of optically transparent and reconfigurable devices at microwaves.</dcterms:abstract>
