Le rôle du pharmacien d’officine évolue, soulevant la question de la substitution par biosimilaires de la follitropine alpha, principale gonadotrophine prescrite. Une enquête a permis d’évaluer les connaissances des pharmaciens d’officine sur les traitements de stimulation ovarienne, d’étudier leurs perceptions sur la notion d’interchangeabilité ainsi que les difficultés que les pharmaciens peuvent rencontrer au comptoir lors de la délivrance de ces traitements spécifiques. In France, assisted reproductive technology (ART) is fully covered by health insurance, with a high cost for Social Security. The role of the community pharmacist is evolving, raising the question of biosimilar substitution of follitropin alpha, the main prescribed gonadotropin. A survey assessed community pharmacists' knowledge of ovarian stimulation treatments, studied their perceptions of the concept of interchangeability, and the difficulties pharmacists may encounter at the counter when dispensing these specific treatments.
