Résumé : Tezspire (Tezepelumab) est un anticorps monoclonal dirigé contre la thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), une cytokine clé impliquée dans l’inflammation de type 2. Il représente une avancée majeure dans le traitement de l’asthme sévère non contrôlé, indépendamment du taux d’éosinophiles sanguins. Son mécanisme d’action unique permet une large inhibition de la cascade inflammatoire en amont, offrant ainsi une alternative thérapeutique aux biothérapies ciblant les interleukines. Plusieurs études cliniques ont démontré son efficacité significative sur la réduction des exacerbations et l’amélioration de la fonction respiratoire, faisant de Tezspire une option prometteuse pour les patients souffrant d’asthme réfractaire aux traitements conventionnels Abstract : Tezspire (Tezepelumab) is a monoclonal antibody targeting thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), a key cytokine involved in type 2 inflammation.
