     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Les Maladies CardioVasculaires (MCVs) constituent la principale cause de mortalité dans le monde. L'Insuffisance Cardiaque (IC) est une MCV dont la prévalence ne cesse d'augmenter.  Le suivi à distance et quotidien des principaux biomarqueurs cardiaques apparaît comme une solution adéquate pour les personnes à risque et pour les patients atteints de MCVs chroniques, comme l’IC. Contrairement aux systèmes non invasifs existants, limités pour une surveillance continue à long terme, les dispositifs implantables offrent des solutions prometteuses. Notre équipe de recherche a contribué au développement d’un Dispositif Implantable (DI) au niveau du fundus gastrique capable d’enregistrer les activités électriques et mécaniques du cœur. Cependant, les artefacts et bruits liés au site gastrique réduisent l’efficacité des analyses. L'objective de cette thèse est de débruiter des signaux acquis par ce DI, plus particulièrement les signaux d’ACCélérométrie cardiaque (ACC), pour améliorer la détection des événements S1 et S2, essentiels au diagnostic des maladies cardiaques. Deux approches ont été développées : une basée sur les réseaux de neurones profonds et une autre sur des graphes. Ces méthodes ont été évaluées sur une base de données réelle issue d’une étude préclinique. Comparées aux approches standard de débruitage, les méthodes proposées ont amélioré le rapport signal-bruit de 15%-20% pour l’approche basée réseaux de neurones et 23%-42% pour les approches basées graphe.</dcterms:abstract>
     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">CardioVascular Diseases (CVDs) are the leading cause of death worldwide, with Heart Failure (HF) showing increasing prevalence. Remote and daily monitoring of cardiac biomarkers offers an effective solution for patients at risk or with chronic CVDs. Unlike existing non-invasive systems, which are limited for long-term monitoring, Implantable Devices (IDs) provide promising alternatives. Our research team has contributed to the development of an ID placed at the gastric fundus to record the heart’s electrical and mechanical activities. However, artifacts and noise from the gastric site drastically affect the signal analysis effectiveness. This thesis focuses on denoising signals from this ID, particularly cardiac ACCelerometry (ACC) signals, to improve detection of S1 and S2 events crucial for diagnosing heart conditions. Two families of approaches were developed in this PhD work: one based on deep neural networks and another on graph-based approaches. These were tested on a real dataset from a preclinical study, showing a 15%-20% improvement in signal-to-noise ratio for the neural network-based method and 23%-42% for the graph-based approaches.</dcterms:abstract>
