La majorité de ces réactions ont nécessitent l’utilisation de ligands étant en règle générale des phosphines. Si dans un premier temps des phosphines simples telles que la triphénylphosphine ont été utilisées, le développement de réactions de plus en plus spécifiques a nécessité la découverte de nouvelles phosphines avec des propriétés dédiées. Dans un premier temps, nous nous sommes intéressés à la fonctionnalisation de biphénylphosphines à l’aide de Rh(I) et d’oxyde de diphénylvinylphosphine. L’insertion des groupements oxyde de diphénylvinylphosphine permet d’éviter la cylométallation sur la phosphine. L’effet de ces phosphines à été comparé à celle des phosphines non fonctionnalisées pour la réaction d’amination du 2-chlorotoluene avec l’ammoniac gaz palladocatalysée. Dans un second temps, nous nous sommes intéressés à une nouvelle méthodologie de syntéhèse d’azobenzène à partir de dérivés de la phénylhydrazine et de bromure d’aryls. Cette nouvelle méthodologie étant catalysées à l’aide [PdCl(allyl)]2 et de tBuXPhos. Enfin, nous nous sommes intéressés à une procédure de deutération de composés aliphatiques, utilisant le principe d’échange d’isotopes de l’Hydrogène (HIE), avec D2O en tant que source de deutérium et nécessitant l’utilisation de Palladium ainsi que de la spécifique LIKATPhos. During the second half of the XXth century, many palladium catalysed reactions have been developed. Most of those reactions require the use of ligands which are, in general, phosphines. If at the beginning simple phosphines like triphenylphosphine, where used. But with the development of more and more specific reactions the discovery of dedicated phosphines is mandatory. At the beginning, we were interested in the functionalisation of biphenylphosphines with Rh(I) and diphenylvinylphosphine oxide. The insertion of diphenylvinylphosphine oxide allow to avoid the cyclometallation on the phosphine. The effect of those phosphines has been evaluated to the parent phosphines for Pd- catalyzed amination reaction of 2 chlorotoluene with amonia gas. Then, we were interested in a new methodology of synthesis of azobenzenes from phenylhydrazine derivatives and aryl bromides. This methodology being catalysed by [PdCl(allyl)]2 and tBuXPhos.
