     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Cette thèse aborde, tout d'abord, la synthèse et la fabrication de céramiques oxydes SrTa2O6 pour une utilisation potentielle dans des antennes à résonateur diélectrique miniatures (DRA) conçues pour des applications 5G en bande moyenne. Deux polymorphes SrTa2O6 ont été synthétisés : la phase β orthorhombique et la phase β' bronze de tungstène quadratique. À ~ 5 GHz, les céramiques β-SrTa2O6 ont montré une permittivité plus faible et des pertes diélectriques plus élevées (eeff ≈ 22, tand ≈ 1x10-2) comparé à β'- SrTa2O6 (eeff ≈ 79, tand ≈ 5x10-3). Le coefficient de température de la fréquence de résonance ‘tf’ se situe aux environs de +260 ppm/°C pour β et jusqu’à +319 ppm/°C pour β'. Un prototype de DRA utilisant β'-SrTa2O6 a démontré une excellente concordance avec les simulations, confirmant les propriétés diélectriques du matériau. La seconde étude porte sur le dépôt de films minces à partir d'une cible stoechiométrique (Sr2Ta2O7)0.98(La2Ti2 O7)0.02 (STLTO). La pulvérisation RF a produit des films déficients en Sr, identifiés comme SrTa2O6, présentant une accordabilité qui augmente avec la puissance RF et la température du substrat. Les films sur substrat Nb:SrTiO3 ont une permittivité d'environ 100, des pertes autour de 0,005 et une accordabilité allant jusqu'à 12 % à ~ 400 kV/cm, 100 kHz et température ambiante. Aucune accordabilité n'a été observée à des fréquences plus élevées (1 - 40 GHz). Une deuxième cible STLTO enrichie en strontium,(Sr1.4Ta0.6O2.9)0.9835(La2Ti2O7)0.0165, n'a pas permis d’atteindre des films monophasés. Les échantillons présentent des rapports Sr/Ta variables (0,9-1,2), une permittivité et des pertes incohérentes, et aucune accordabilité.

     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">This thesis first investigates the synthesis and fabrication of SrTa2O6 oxide ceramics for potential use in miniature dielectric resonator antennas (DRAs) designed for mid-band 5G applications. Two polymorphs were synthesized: orthorhombic β-phase and tetragonal tungsten bronze β’-phase. At ~5 GHz, β- SrTa2O6 ceramics showed lower permittivity and higher dielectric losses (eeff ≈ 22, tand ≈ 1x10-2) compared to β’- SrTa2O6 at 2.8 GHz (eeff ≈ 79, tand ≈ 5x10-3). The temperature coefficient of resonant frequency ‘tf’ was around +260 ppm/°C for β, and up to +319 ppm/°C for β’. A prototype DRA using β’-SrTa2O6 demonstrated excellent agreement with simulations, confirming the material's dielectric properties.The second study involves the thin film deposition from a stoichiometric STLTO, (Sr2Ta2O7)0.98(La2Ti2O7)0.02 target. RF-sputtering produced Sr-deficient films identified as SrTa2O6, exhibiting tunability that increased with RF power and substrate temperature. Films on Nb:SrTiO3 substrates had a permittivity of ~100, losses of ~0.005, and tunability up to 12% at ~400 kV/cm, 100 kHz and room temperature. No tunability was observed at higher frequencies (1 – 40 GHz). A second Sr-rich STLTO target,(Sr1.4Ta0.6O2.9)0.9835(La2Ti2O7)0.0165, failed to achieved single phase component, resulting in variable Sr/Ta ratios (0.9-1.2) and inconsistent permittivity and losses, with no tunability.</dcterms:abstract>
