Les données sur la toxicité environnementale des médicaments se multipliant, ce travail de thèse soulève, à travers plusieurs exemples, le partage d’un questionnaire, et le retour de professionnels de santé compétents, la possibilité pour les pharmaciens d’officine d’utiliser l’intervention pharmaceutique pour contribuer à limiter la toxicité environnementale des médicaments, en proposant aux prescripteurs des alternatives thérapeutiques à bénéfice thérapeutique égal pour le patient et moins nocives pour l’environnement. The « Intervention Pharmaceutique » is a tool commonly used by community pharmacists to optimize medication management and resolve problems related to therapy. As data on drugs’ environmental toxicity is increasing, this thesis is focusing, through several examples, the sharing of a questionnaire, and competent health pofessionals’ feedback, on the possibility for community pharmacists to use the intervention pharmaceutique to contribute to help limit drugs‘ ecotoxicity, by offering prescribers therapeutic alternatives that will offer equal therapeutic benefit for the patient, and that will be less harmful for the environment.
