     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Au cours des dernières décennies, les ouvrages d'art comme les ponts, bâtiments et éoliennes ont été équipées de capteurs pour surveiller leur état. L'analyse modale opérationnelle (OMA) utilise des données passives sans contrôle de la sollicitation mécanique, générée naturellement par l'environnement. Cependant, les capteurs traditionnels sont difficiles à installer et à entretenir, d'où l'intérêt croissant pour les techniques basées sur les caméras vidéo. Cette thèse développe des méthodes OMA robustes et efficaces basées sur la vision, incluant des algorithmes d'extraction de mouvement résistants aux variations environnementales et un traitement efficace des signaux pour l'analyse en temps réel. Les contributions principales incluent une méthode d'extraction de mouvement, l'interpolation adaptative de l'intensité lumineuse pour l'estimation du déplacement sous-pixelique, et un schéma de réduction des données basé sur la PCA associée à l'identification sous-espace stochastique pour l'analyse modale efficace. Des simulations numériques et des expériences en laboratoire démontrent l'efficacité de ces nouvelles méthodes.</dcterms:abstract>
     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">Over the past decades, more and more civil structures, such as bridges, buildings, and wind turbines, are equipped with sensors for structural health monitoring. Operational Modal Analysis (OMA) uses passively collected data, i.e., without any control on the mechanical excitation of the monitored structure, which is unknown and naturally generated by the environment. However, traditional mechanical sensors are difficult to install and to maintain, motivating researches on video camera based techniques as a cost-effective alternative. This thesis aims to design and to develop robust and efficient vision-based OMA methods, focusing on new motion extraction algorithms robust to environmental variations and efficient processing of the extracted motion signals for modal analysis, suitable for real time OMA. The main contributions of this thesis are a new motion extraction method, called  Adaptive Light Intensity Interpolation for Subpixel Shift Estimation (ALISSE), and a PCA-based data reduction scheme associated with stochastic subspace identification for efficient modal analysis. Numerical simulations and laboratory experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the designed and implemented new methods for vision-based OMA.</dcterms:abstract>
