     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Avec l’émergence de la chimie verte, des alternatives aux solvants classiques sont apparues, dont les mélanges eutectiques (ME). Leurs propriétés modulables selon leur composition les rendent particulièrement intéressants dans de nombreux domaines. Une hypothèse a été émise suggérant que ces mélanges pourraient se trouver à l’état naturel dans des organismes résistants à des conditions environnementales extrêmes, tels que les lichens. Pour tenter de le savoir, nous avons réalisé un screening expérimental de ME à partir de métabolites primaires identifiés dans quatre espèces lichéniques. Cette méthode empirique, chronophage et non exhaustive, nous a poussé à explorer trois méthodes prédictives (COSMO-RS, machine learning et spectrométrie de masse par ionisation Cold-Spray) pour optimiser le design de nouveaux ME.
À partir des résultats du screening expérimental, quatre ME ont été sélectionnés sur la base de leurs propriétés physico-chimiques. Leur capacité d’extraction a été étudiée sur une matrice végétale modèle, les feuilles de Prunus, ainsi que sur les quatre espèces lichéniques étudiées. Pour ces extraits, le développement d’une méthode de séparation a été initiée par chromatographie de partage centrifuge.</dcterms:abstract>
     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">With the emergence of green chemistry, alternatives to conventional solvents have appeared, including eutectic mixtures (EM). Their properties, which vary according to their composition, make them particularly interesting for many applications. A hypothesis has been made suggesting that these mixtures might occur naturally in organisms resistant to extreme environmental conditions, such as lichens. To find out, we carried out an experimental screening of EMs based on primary metabolites identified in four lichen species. This time-consuming and non-exhaustive empirical method led us to explore three predictive methods (COSMO-RS, machine learning and cold-spray ionization mass spectrometry) to optimize the design of new EMs. Based on the experimental screening results, four EMs were selected for their physico-chemical properties. Their extraction capacity was studied on a model plant matrix, Prunus leaves, as well as on the four lichen species studied. For these extracts, we initiated the development of a separation method using centrifugal partition chromatography.</dcterms:abstract>
