Dans un second temps, étude multicentrique des caractéristiques cliniques et de la prise en charge des patients atteints de maladies ophtalmologiques liées à l'IgG4, et comparaison aux données de la littérature scientifique.  Analyse rétrospective des dossiers des patients avec une atteinte orbitaire de la maladie à IgG4 dans les centres hospitalo-universitaires de Rennes, Nantes, Tours et Brest depuis 2001. Descriptions des caractéristiques selon les critères diagnostiques pour IgG4-ROD de 2014 (H. Goto et al.) et étude via l’approche phénotypique de l’équipe de Lanzillota et al de 2020. Firstly, a review of the literature on IgG4 disease and its orbital involvement. Secondly, a multicentre study of the clinical characteristics and management of patients with IgG4-related ophthalmological diseases, and a comparison with data from the scientific literature.  Retrospective analysis of the records of patients with orbital involvement of IgG4 disease in the university hospital centres of Rennes, Nantes, Tours and Brest since 2001. Description of the characteristics according to the diagnostic criteria for IgG4-ROD of 2014 (H. Goto et al.) and study via the phenotypic approach of the team of Lanzillota et al of 2020.
