Matériels et méthodes : Une étude qualitative par entretiens semi-directifs a été réalisée auprès de neuf professionnels de structures de soins primaires bas-normandes dans lesquelles exerce au moins un chirurgien dentiste. Résultats : L’analyse de ces entretiens a permis de mettre en évidence la spécificité liée à l’exercice en société interprofessionnelle de soins ambulatoires (SISA), ainsi que la place occupée par le chirurgien-dentiste au sein de celle-ci et les interactions entre les différents acteurs. Les différents professionnels interrogés ont évoqué leur enthousiasme à l’idée de collaborer avec les chirurgiens-dentistes, bien que ceux-ci soient parfois peu disponibles compte tenu du maillage territorial bas-normand. Au sein des SISA, de nombreux dispositifs sont mis en place afin de favoriser le travail interdisciplinaire mais ceux-ci sont parfois peu utilisés par les chirurgiens-dentistes qui n'en ressentent pas le besoin ou n'ont pas de temps à leur consacrer. Conclusion : Il semble indispensable de promouvoir la pratique du travail interdisciplinaire dès la formation initiale des professionnels de santé. Une analyse des perceptions des chirurgiens-dentistes eux-mêmes pourrait également révéler d’autres freins et pistes d’amélioration. Objectives: In the context of the increasing number of multi-professional primary care structures, this study aims to analyze the establishment of collaborative work between dental surgeons and other healthcare professionals, and to gather the perceptions of the latter regarding the integration of oral health care into primary care. Materials and Methods: A qualitative study using semi-structured interviews was conducted with nine professionals from primary care structures in Lower Normandy, where at least one dental surgeon practices. Results: The analysis of these interviews highlighted the specific nature of practicing within an interprofessional ambulatory care company (SISA), as well as the role of the dental surgeon within it and the interactions between the various actors. The professionals interviewed expressed their enthusiasm about collaborating with dental surgeons, although these practitioners are sometimes less available due to the sparse territorial coverage in Lower Normandy. Within the SISAs, many measures are implemented to promote interdisciplinary work, but these are sometimes underutilized by dental surgeons, who either do not feel the need for them or do not have time to engage. Conclusion: It seems essential to promote interdisciplinary work practices from the initial training of healthcare professionals. An analysis of dental surgeons' own perceptions could also reveal other barriers and areas for improvement.
