Au fil des années, sa prise en charge a connu une évolution constante. Une étude récente a révélé qu'environ 50% des patients présentaient une altération moléculaire, ce qui souligne l'importance de tester systématiquement ces altérations afin de les détecter. De plus en plus de traitements ciblés sont disponibles, et dans cette thèse, nous mettrons en évidence les différentes options thérapeutiques disponibles. Nous étudierons également la manière dont la promotion marketing du nouveau traitement TAGRISSO est effectuée. Non-small cell lung cancer is a common tumor with a poor prognosis, making its treatment challenging. Over the years, its management has undergone constant evolution. A recent study revealed that around 50% of patients exhibited a molecular alteration, underscoring the importance of systematically testing for these alterations to detect them. More and more targeted treatments are available, and in this thesis, we will highlight the different therapeutic options available. We will also study the marketing promotion of the new treatment, TAGRISSO.
