Le rôle du médecin traitant est fondamental pour la promotion d’activité physique, notamment par la prescription d’AP, car elle augmente l’observance. Or 2 français sur 3 n’ont jamais reçu de prescription. Devant ce constat et après avoir analyser les outils existants ; le travail de cette thèse porte sur l’élaboration puis l’évaluation d’un outil d’aide à la prescription en partenariat avec DENEO. L’utilisation de DENEO va dans le sens d’une évolution favorable des capacités de prescription et d’orientation des médecins sollicités : plus de 70% d’entre eux ont vu augmenter soit leur capacité de prescription (22%), soit leur capacité d’orientation des patients (7%), soit les deux (53%). Seulement 18 % des personnes interrogées n’ont trouvé aucune amélioration dans leur capacité de prescrire ou d’orienter. Il faut espérer que l’outil que nous proposons viendra répondre en situation réelle à l’attente des prescripteurs, en facilitant leur pratique quotidienne. Lack of physical activity is a major public health problem. The role of the attending physician is fundamental in promoting physical activity, in particular by prescribing PA, as this increases compliance. Yet 2 out of 3 French people have never received a prescription. In view of this, and after analyzing existing tools, the aim of this thesis is to develop and evaluate a prescription-assistance tool in partnership with DENEO. The use of DENEO has led to a positive evolution in the prescribing and referral capabilities of the doctors questioned: over 70% of them have seen an increase in either their prescribing capability (22%), or their patient referral capability (7%), or both (53%). Only 18% found no improvement in their ability to prescribe or refer. It is to be hoped that the tool we are proposing will meet prescribers' expectations in real-life situations, by facilitating their day-to-day practice.
