Ce travail a pour objectif de présenter une enquête sur la gestion de l’état d’agitation à l’officine et d’élaborer des fiches réflexes pour mieux appréhender ces situations. Une enquête qualitative et descriptive a été menée en 2024 auprès des officinaux. Au total 205 officinaux ont répondu au questionnaire. Plus de 70% des officinaux ont déjà rencontré un patient en état d’agitation au comptoir et parmi eux, 75% déclaraient avoir été dans l’inconfort dans cette situation. La gestion de l’état d’agitation à l’officine peut se faire par la modification de l’environnement du patient et/ou par l’emploi de techniques de désescalade verbale. Des fiches réflexes ont étés élaborées pour être facilement utilisables en officine. Elles expliquent la conduite à tenir face à un patient en état d’agitation et les principales étapes d’une désescalade verbale. A patient suffering from a psychiatric condition may present agitation at the pharmacy, requiring appropriate management. This work aims to present an investigation into the management of agitation at the pharmacy and to develop reflex sheets to better handle these situations. A qualitative and descriptive survey was conducted in 2024 among pharmacists. A total of 205 pharmacists responded to the questionnaire. Over 70% of pharmacists have encountered a patient in an agitated state at the counter, and among them, 75% reported feeling uncomfortable in this situation. Managing agitation at the pharmacy can be done by modifying the patient's environment and/or using verbal de-escalation techniques. Reflex sheets have been developed to be easily usable in the pharmacy. They explain how to handle a patient in an agitate state and the main steps of verbal de-escalation.
