     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Les stylos auto-injecteurs d’adrénaline représentent le traitement d’urgence des anaphylaxies  sévères. Les patients et leur entourage doivent donc être en capacité de les utiliser sans délai pour  assurer une prise en charge efficace. Les professionnels comme les pharmaciens ont un rôle  primordial dans l’apprentissage du bon usage de ces dispositifs. L’objectif de ce travail est  d’évaluer les informations transmises aux patients lors de la délivrance en officine de ces auto-injecteurs. Pour ce faire, une étude a été menée auprès des pharmaciens bretons et des étudiants en pharmacie de la faculté de Rennes. Le niveau de connaissance des 179 répondants est comparable, voire supérieur, à celui de certains confrères internationaux. Afin d’améliorer ces résultats, plusieurs axes ont été évoqués comme le renfort de la formation des étudiants au cours de leur cursus, la mise à disposition de stylos de démonstration, la réalisation d’une fiche d’aide à la dispensation… pour in fine, rendre le patient acteur de sa prise en charge. </dcterms:abstract>
     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">Adrenaline auto-injector pens are the emergency treatment for severe anaphylaxis. Patients and their families need to be able to use them without delay to ensure effective management. Professionals such as pharmacists have a vital role to play in teaching patients how to use these devices properly. The aim of this study was to assess the information given to patients when these autoinjectors are dispensed in pharmacies. To this end, a study was carried out among Breton pharmacists and pharmacy students at the Faculty of Rennes. The level of knowledge of the 179 respondents was comparable to, or even higher than, that of some international colleagues. To improve these to improve these results, a number of avenues were explored, such as reinforcing student training their course, providing demonstration pens, drawing up a dispensing aid sheet, etc., in order to encourage to help patients take charge of their own care. </dcterms:abstract>
