Un questionnaire numérique à destination de l’étudiant comprenant 47 questions portant sur les déterminants du soin et du bien-être a été réalisé. Parmi 531 réponses, 278 ont été exploitées comprenant un soin avec anesthésie locale. La réussite de soin est de 84%, influencée par : (i)l'expérience de l’étudiant, (ii)l'âge du patient, (iii)l’heure de son arrivée, (iv)Venham en salle d’attente, (v)type de soin. Les étudiants semblent satisfaits par l’ambiance et l’apprentissage en OP. Lorsque les déterminants de réussite ne sont pas réunis, c’est l’ensemble du bien-être du service qui se détériore. Il conviendrait d'adapter la prise en charge des patients en fonction des ces déterminants, afin d’améliorer la réussite et le bien-être des étudiants. The main objective of this cross-sectional observational study is to measure the impact of the determinants of success of treatments with local anesthesia in pediatric dentistry, dependent on the child, accompanying, student and supervising. A digital questionnaire for the student with 47 questions on the determinants of care and well-being was conducted. Among 531 responses, 278 were exploited comprising a care with local anesthesia. Care success is 84%, influenced by: (i)student experience, (ii)patient’s age, (iii)time of arrival, (iv)Venham in waiting room, (v)type of care. Students seem satisfied with the atmosphere and learning in OP. When the determinants of success are not met, the overall well-being of the service deteriorates. Patient management should be adapted to these determinants in order to improve student success and well-being.
