     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Cette thèse se concentre sur la conception de l'architecture d'un système d'imagerie hyperspectrale active dans le moyen infrarouge, mettant l'accent sur la mesure précoce et précise du stress hydrique chez les plantes. Malgré le potentiel élevé de cette technologie en agriculture, son utilisation demeure limitée en raison du coût des équipements. L'objectif de l'étude est d'améliorer la compréhension technologique et scientifique de l'imagerie hyperspectrale active, en évaluant l'impact du speckle sur les images et en proposant des solutions numériques et optiques. L'intégration d'un diffuseur rotatif a permis de réduire le speckle, tandis que des améliorations de l'éclairage ont préservé la résolution des images. L'étude a révélé que la source laser active induit des distorsions liées au déplacement du faisceau lors de modifications de la longueur d'onde, avec des fluctuations de puissance atteignant environ 20 %. Ces difficultés ont été surmontées grâce à l'utilisation de miroirs motorisés calibrables et d'un anneau de référence, réduisant les fluctuations de puissance à 2,8 % grâce à un algorithme de compensation. En conclusion, le banc expérimental caractérise les échantillons végétaux en termes de stress hydrique, permettant une détection précoce dès le quatrième jour, avec des applications potentielles dans divers domaines pour la caractérisation des matériaux dans une scène observée.</dcterms:abstract>
     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">This thesis focuses on the design of the architecture of an active hyperspectral imaging system in the mid-infrared, with an emphasis on the early and accurate measurement of water stress in plants. Despite the high potential of this technology in agriculture, its use remains limited due to the cost of equipment. The study aims to improve the technological and scientific understanding of active hyperspectral imaging by evaluating the impact of speckle on images and proposing digital and optical solutions. The integration of a rotating diffuser has reduced speckle, while lighting enhancements have preserved image resolution. The study revealed that the active laser source induces distortions related to beam displacement during changes in wavelength, with power fluctuations reaching approximately 20%. These challenges were overcome using calibrated motorized mirrors and a reference ring, reducing power fluctuations to 2.8% through a compensation algorithm. In conclusion, the experimental setup characterizes plant samples in terms of water stress, enabling early detection from the fourth day, with potential applications in various fields for material characterization in an observed scene.</dcterms:abstract>
