     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Les dispositifs médicaux implantables transforment la façon dont nous prenons soin de notre santé. Ils peuvent surveiller les signaux de notre corps et fournir des traitements personnalisés. Toutefois, ces dispositifs sont limités parce qu'ils dépendent de grosses batteries qui doivent être remplacées par chirurgie. Ainsi, il est essentiel de trouver des moyens de les alimenter sans utiliser de piles, ce qui les rendrait encore plus petits et plus performants.
Cette thèse relève ce défi en développant de nouveaux moyens d'alimenter sans fil ces dispositifs profondément implantés. Tout d'abord, elle explore la façon dont l'énergie voyage entre l'émetteur à l'extérieur du corps et le récepteur implanté afin de trouver la meilleure façon de l'alimenter. Ensuite, il introduit des techniques uniques qui utilisent des algorithmes innovants pour s'assurer que ces dispositifs peuvent être alimentés efficacement et en toute sécurité.
À cette fin, cette thèse utilise des modèles numériques et des exemples pratiques pour montrer le fonctionnement et les performances de ces nouvelles techniques. Ces modèles sont également utilisés pour comparer cette nouvelle technique aux méthodes courantes. Enfin, elle donne des conseils pratiques sur la manière de la mettre en œuvre concrètement.
Finalement, cette recherche aide à développer des dispositifs médicaux sans pile qui sont efficaces et peuvent être adaptés à différentes applications. Elle garantit également la sécurité des patients et donne des indications sur la manière d'alimenter la prochaine génération de dispositifs bioélectroniques. Enfin, elle offre une perspective sur l'avenir des technologies d'alimentation sans fil appliquées aux implants médicaux.</dcterms:abstract>
     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">Implantable devices in medicine are changing how we take care of our health. They can monitor our body signals and provide customized treatments. However, these devices are limited because they rely on large batteries that need surgery to be replaced. So, it is essential to find ways to power them without using batteries, making them even smaller and better.
This thesis deals with this challenge by developing new ways to wirelessly power these deep-implanted devices. First, it explores how the energy travels between the transmitter outside the body and the implanted receiver so we can figure out the best way to power it. Then, it introduces unique techniques that use innovative algorithms to ensure we can power these devices efficiently and safely.
For this, the thesis uses computer models and real-life cases to show how these new techniques work and how well they perform. These models are also used to compare this new technique to the standard methods. Then, it gives some practical advice on how to make it work in real life.
In the end, this research helps develop battery-free medical devices that are efficient and can be adapted for different applications. It also ensures patient safety and gives guidelines on how to power the next generation of bioelectronics. Finally, it provides a perspective into the future of wireless powering technologies applied to implantable devices.</dcterms:abstract>
     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="pt">Dispositivos implantáveis em medicina têm mudado a forma como cuidamos de nossa saúde. Eles podem monitorar os sinais do nosso corpo e oferecer tratamentos personalizados. No entanto, o uso desses dispositivos ainda é limitado devido à dependência do uso de baterias volumosas que precisam de cirurgia para serem substituídas. Portanto, é essencial encontrar maneiras de alimentá-los sem usar baterias, tornando-os ainda menores e mais eficientes. Essa tese aborda esse desafio desenvolvendo novas maneiras de alimentar sem fio esses dispositivos profundamente implantados. Primeiro, ela examina a forma como a energia é transferida entre um transmissor externo ao corpo e o receptor implantado, visando descobrir a forma mais eficaz de alimentá-lo. Em seguida, são introduzidas técnicas especiais baseadas em algoritmos inovadores para garantir que esses dispositivos sejam alimentados de forma eficiente e segura. Para isso, esta tese emprega modelos computacionais e estudos de casos reais para demonstrar o funcionamento e o desempenho dessas novas técnicas. Esses modelos também são usados para comparar essas novas estratégias com os métodos convencionais. Além disso, ela fornece orientações práticas sobre como implementá-las de forma prática. Assim, essa pesquisa contribui para o desenvolvimento de dispositivos médicos sem bateria que além de eficientes podem ser adaptados para diferentes finalidades. Ademais, assegura a segurança do paciente e fornece diretrizes sobre como alimentar a próxima geração de dispositivos bioeletrônicos. Por fim, ela apresenta uma perspectiva para o futuro das tecnologias de alimentação sem fio aplicadas aos dispositivos implantáveis.</dcterms:abstract>
