La mise en cosmétique est la gestion immédiate des tissus mous via une couronne provisoire non fonctionnelle. Cette procédure répond au remplacement d’une dent compromise dans le secteur antérieur maxillaire lorsque toutes les conditions sont réunies. Un protocole général a été accepté par la communauté scientifique, néanmoins la multiplicité des biomatériaux témoigne de la diversité d’application du protocole. Matériel et méthodes : Les objectifs de cette thèse sont de comparer le Pink Esthetic Score selon le protocole d’extraction-implantation. D’évaluer la visibilité du pilier selon le protocole chirurgical et d’évaluer si le type de dent réhabilitée a un impact sur le PES ou la visibilité du pilier. Pour cela, une étude rétrospective évaluant le PES de 39 implants dans 3 unités de soins a permis de comparer les résultats esthétiques de plusieurs techniques chirurgicales (greffe xénogénique, Fibrine riche en plaquettes, greffe conjonctive enfouie, membrane résorbable, substitut alloplastique) après la pose de la couronne d’usage depuis au moins 3 semaines. Enfin, ces résultats ont été comparés aux données de la littérature. Résultats et discussion : Concernant la notation des différents protocoles chirurgicaux, chacun des PES observés ont été noté comme “acceptable” et aucune différence statistique n’a été retrouvée lors de l’étude entre les biomatériaux, la situation de la dent (centrale ou latérale) ou bien la visibilité du pilier. Ainsi, les résultats montrent que les protocoles mis en place lors des procédures d’EIIMC étaient en adéquation avec l’indication pré-opératoire. Conclusion : Lorsqu’elle est indiquée, l’extraction-implantation immédiate et mise en cosmétique semble être une thérapeutique de choix dans la prise en charge d’une dent compromise dans le secteur antérieur maxillaire, et ce quelque soit le biomatériau utilisé lors du protocole (greffe xénogénique, Fibrine riche en plaquettes, greffe conjonctive enfouie, membrane résorbable, substitut alloplastique). Introduction: Immediate extraction-implantation is defined as the placement of an endosseous implant in a post-extraction socket during the same surgical procedure in order to optimize bone tissue management. Provisionalisation is the immediate management of soft tissue via a non-functional temporary crown. This procedure is used to replace a compromised tooth in the maxillary anterior region when all conditions are met. A general protocol has been accepted by the scientific community, nevertheless the multiplicity of biomaterials testifies to the diversity of application of the protocol. Materials and methods: The aims of this thesis are to compare the Pink Esthetic Score according to the extraction-implantation protocol. To evaluate abutment visibility according to surgical protocol, and to assess whether the type of tooth rehabilitated has an impact on the PES or abutment visibility. To this end, a retrospective study evaluating the PES of 39 implants in 3 treatment units compared the esthetic results of several surgical techniques (xenogeneic graft, platelet-rich fibrin, connective tissue graft, resorbable membrane, alloplastic substitute) after the crown had been in use for at least 3 weeks. Finally, these results were compared with litterature's data. Results and discussion: With regard to the grading of the different surgical protocols, each of the PES observed was graded as "acceptable", and no statistical differences were found in the study between biomaterials, tooth situation (central or lateral) or abutment visibility. Thus, the results show that the protocols implemented during EIIP procedures were in line with the pre-operative indication. Conclusion: When prescribed, immediate extraction-implantation and provisionalisation appears to be the first line treatment in the management of a compromised tooth in the maxillary anterior region, whatever the biomaterial used in the protocol (xenogeneic graft, platelet-rich fibrin, connective tissue graft, resorbable membrane, alloplastic substitute).
