En effet leurs activités quotidiennes que ce soit dans leur vie personnelle ou dans leur vie professionnelle s’en trouvent altérées. Les traitements pharmacologiques existants ne sont pas toujours suffisamment efficaces pour soulager ces douleurs menstruelles et peuvent être responsables d’effets indésirables mal supportés. Il existe des alternatives thérapeutiques dans les domaines de la phytothérapie et l’aromathérapie qui peuvent alors être proposées en officine. Primary dysmenorrhea, which is the most frequent gynecological disorder in not menopausal women, has not only a physical impact but also an impact on the quality of life of these women. Indeed, their daily activities, whether in their personal or professional life, are altered. Existing pharmacological treatments but they are not always sufficiently effective in relieving menstrual pain and can be responsible for adverse effects that are not well tolerated. There are therapeutic alternatives in the fields of phytotherapy and aromatherapy which can be proposed in pharmacies.
