Le microbiote intestinal fut le premier à être décrit. Des micro-organismes peuplent également d’autres parties du corps humain comme les poumons, le nez, la peau… Ces microbiotes vont avoir une composition différente selon leur localisation ; la physiologie des organes sur lesquels ils se trouvent et les conditions dans lesquels ils évoluent étant très différentes. Il existe une forme de mutualisme entre les micro-organismes et l’organe sur lequel ils se trouvent. L’objectif de ce travail est d’explorer les connaissances sur le microbiote cutané, sa composition, son rôle ainsi que les interactions qu’il peut avoir avec la peau et le reste du corps. L’intérêt d’étudier le microbiote cutané est également d’explorer son possible lien avec les pathologies de la peau, si la flore cutanée est différente dans les maladies épidermiques. For several decades, the various microbiota of the human body have aroused increasing interest. The intestinal microbiota was the first to be described. Microorganisms also inhabit other parts of the human body such as the lungs, nose, skin… These microbiotes will have a different composition depending on their location; the physiology of the organs on which they are found and the conditions in which they evolve being very different. There is a form of mutualism between microorganisms and the organ on which they are found. The objective of this work is to explore knowledge of the skin microbiota, its composition, its role and the interactions it can have with the skin and the rest of the body. The interest of studying the cutaneous microbiota is also to explore its possible link with skin pathologies, if the cutaneous flora is different in epidermal diseases.
