Ce nouvel outil a pour objectif de renforcer l’adhésion du patient à son traitement, de lutter contre la iatrogénie médicamenteuse, et d’améliorer l’observance thérapeutique. La maladie de parkinson, pathologie neurodégénérative, nécessite le recours à des traitements complexes et un suivi régulier. Cette thèse a pour but de tester les entretiens pharmaceutiques en conditions réelles pour connaître le ressenti des patients, et voir si ces entretiens représentent une possibilité d’avenir dans la prise en charge officinale de la maladie de Parkinson. The establishment of pharmaceutical interviews in pharmacies offers new possibilities to accompany patients with certain chronic treatments. This new tool aims to strengthen the patient’s adherence to treatment, to reduce adverse drug effects, and improve adherence to treatment. Parkinson’s disease, a neurodegenerative disease, requires complex treatments and regular monitoring. This thesis aims to test the pharmaceutical interviews in real conditions to know the feelings of the patients, and to see if these interviews represent a future possibility in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease in pharmacies.
