Matériel et méthodes : Une revue bibliographique pour définir le moment de prise correspondant à la chronothérapie, critère de jugement principal de l’étude rétrospective transversale, a été réalisée au CHM par la requête des prescriptions d’antihypertenseurs sur janvier, avril et septembre 2021. Un questionnaire des pratiques de prescriptions est envoyé aux médecins. Résultats : La chronothérapie est appliquée sur 17.9 % des 3199 séjours requêtés en prescrivant au moins un antihypertenseur en dose complète le soir. Les inhibiteurs calciques et les agonistes α2 sont les plus significativement associés à cette pratique. Plus la stratégie de prise en charge comporte d’antihypertenseurs, plus l’association à la chronothérapie est forte. 29% des prescripteurs déclarent l’appliquer. Conclusion : Au CHM, près de 20% des médecins prescrivent au moins un antihypertenseur le soir. Objective: To define antihypertensive chronotherapy and determine its prevalence at Le Mans hospital (CHM). Material and methods: A bibliographic review to define the time of intake corresponding to chronotherapy, the main judgment criterion of the retrospective cross-sectional study, was carried out at the CHM by requesting antihypertensive prescriptions over 3 months in 2021. A questionnaire on prescribing practices was sent to physicians. Results: 17.9% of the 3199 requested stays apply chronotherapy by prescribing at least one full-dose antihypertensive drug in the evening. Calcium channel blockers and α 2 adrenergic agonists are the most significantly classes associated with this practice. The more the antihypertensive drugs are included in the management strategy, the stronger the association with chronotherapy. 29% of the prescribers report using chronotherapy. Conclusion: At the CHM, nearly 20% of doctors prescribe at least one antihypertensive drug in the evening.
