Dès l’annonce du diagnostic, le pharmacien a un rôle à jouer, et celui-ci va évoluer au même rythme que la pathologie. Ce travail de thèse repose sur une étude clinique qui regroupait plusieurs objectifs : appréhender le vécu du diagnostic, le vécu du quotidien, les appréhensions, les changements et la prise en charge officinale; mettre en évidence les attentes du patient et/ou de l’aidant; pouvoir dessiner des perspectives d’amélioration de la prise en charge pour le pharmacien d’officine mais également pour les autres professionnels de santé. Les patients et les aidants ont globalement une bonne relation avec le pharmacien, mais celle-ci reste perfectible. (Octobre 2022) Parkinson's disease is a disease that is still not well known by the general public and by pharmacists, who should be made more aware of it. As soon as the diagnosis is announced, the pharmacist has a role to play, and this role will evolve at the same pace as the pathology. This thesis is based on a clinical study which had several objectives: to understand the experience of the diagnosis, the daily experience, the apprehensions, the changes and the management by the pharmacist; to highlight the expectations of the patient and/or the caregiver; to be able to draw perspectives for improvement of the management for the pharmacist but also for the other health professionals Patients and caregivers generally have a good relationship with the pharmacist, but it can be improved.
