Design de l’étude – Étude observationnelle rétrospective. Méthode – Suivi de patients ayant bénéficié d’un STP à l’instauration d’un Antipsychotique à Action Prolongée (APAP) au sein du centre hospitalier Guillaume Regnier pendant les 6 premiers mois. Résultats – Sur la période analysée, 30 patients ont été inclus et 31 dosages ont été effectués à l’instauration de l’APAP. Conclusion – L’instauration de l’APAP est une étape primordiale pour permettre le maintien du traitement au long cours. Le STP est un outil supplémentaire, permettant d’adapter au mieux la posologie de l’APAP, qui doit correctement être utilisé. Objective - Measuring the impact of change in dosage form on plasma concentrations using Therapeutic Drug Monitoring (TDM) for different atypical antipsychotics. Study design - Retrospective observational study. Method - Follow-up of patients who received TDM upon initiation of a long-acting injectable (LAI) antipsychotic at the Guillaume Regnier Hospital for the first 6 months. Results - Over the period analyzed, 30 patients were included and 31 determinations were performed at the initiation of LAI. Conclusion - The initiation of LAI is an important step in the maintenance of long-term therapy. The TDM is an additional tool for optimal LAI dosing that must be used correctly.
