Il n’existait pas d’outil pour les aider dans cette démarche au moment de la réalisation de l’étude. L’objectif était d’élaborer un document écrit d’information aux patients sur la santé planétaire, délivrable en médecine générale, en prenant en compte l’avis de professionnels de santé et experts dans le domaine. Méthode : Les étapes recommandées par la HAS pour élaborer un document écrit d’information ont été suivies. Deux entretiens de groupe réunissant 8 experts ont eu lieu à Rennes entre 2021 et 2022. Une analyse thématique avec double codage a été menée. Résultats : Le médecin généraliste semblait bien avoir un rôle à jouer dans la sensibilisation des patients à la santé planétaire. Cependant, certains freins étaient identifiés à l’abord du sujet en consultation, notamment le manque de temps et de formation des praticiens. Deux supports d’information traitant de santé planétaire ont été créés selon les avis recueillis, une affiche et un prospectus. Les principales thématiques abordées sont l’alimentation, les transports, les consommations en général, la pollution de l’air, les médicaments non utilisés ainsi que la période périnatale. Discussion : Les attentes des participants concernant la forme des documents et les thématiques à aborder étaient en accord avec celles de patients interrogés dans une thèse associée et avec la littérature existante dans ce domaine. D’autres actions pourraient contribuer à l’éducation de la population à la santé planétaire comme des campagnes de santé publique ou des interventions en milieu scolaires. Conclusion : Ce travail a permis la création d’une affiche et d’un prospectus utilisables dès demain en médecine générale, destinés à sensibiliser la population générale à la santé planétaire en mettant en avant les co-bénéfices individuels et environnementaux des actions possibles. Introduction: General practitioners are encouraged to educate their patients about planetary health. There was no tool to help them in this process at the time of the study. The objective was to develop a written information document for patients on planetary health, to be delivered in general medicine, taking into account the opinion of health professionals and experts in the field. Method: The steps recommended by the French National Authority for Health for preparing a written information document were followed. Two focus groups bringing together 8 experts took place in Rennes between 2021 and 2022. A thematic analysis with double coding was carried out. Results: The general practitioner seemed to have a role to play in raising patient awareness of planetary health. However, some obstacles were identified when approaching the subject in consultation, in particular the lack of time and training of practitioners. Two information documents about planetary health were created based on the opinions collected, a poster and a flyer. The main themes covered are food, transport, consumption in general, air pollution, unused medicines and the perinatal period. Discussion: The expectations of the participants concerning the form of the documents and the themes to be addressed were in agreement with those of patients interviewed in an associated thesis and with the existing literature in this field. Other actions could contribute to educating the population about planetary health, such as public health campaigns or interventions in schools. Conclusion: This work has enabled the creation of a poster and a flyer that can be used tomorrow by general practitioners, intended to raise awareness of planetary health among the general population by highlighting the individual and environmental co-benefits of possible actions.
