L’objectif de l’étude était d’identifier les facteurs facilitants et limitants ainsi que les conséquences de la pandémie de COVID-19 sur la vaccination antigrippale chez ces patients. Méthode : Entretiens individuels semi-dirigés auprès de 11 patients éligibles en Bretagne. Retranscription en verbatims et réalisation d’une grille d’analyse thématique. Résultats : La principale motivation est le souhait de se protéger. La crainte des effets secondaires, le sentiment d’invulnérabilité et le manque d’information sont encore des facteurs limitants. Durant la pandémie, les patients ont pris conscience de leur vulnérabilité et craignaient une co-infection grippe/COVID-19. Les difficultés d’approvisionnement des pharmacies ont fait reporter la vaccination de certains patients. L’utilité de poursuivre la vaccination antigrippale est discutée du fait des gestes barrières. La surinformation et la désinformation participent à l’hésitation vaccinale, encore en contexte pandémique. Conclusion : La pandémie de COVID-19 a pu renforcer les motivations à la vaccination antigrippale. Elle a également fait émerger des freins et des questions de santé publique. Introduction : In 2020-2021, flu vaccination coverage for eligible patients increased by almost 8 point compared to the previous season. The aim of the study was to identify the facilitating and limiting factors as well as the consequences of COVID-19 pandemic on the flu vaccination of those patients. Method : Individual semi-directed interviews with 11 eligible patients in Brittany. Transcription in verbatim and creation of a thematic analysis grid. Results : The main motivation is the wish to protect oneself. The fear of side effects, the feeling of invulnerability and the lack of information are still limiting factors. Since the beginning of the pandemic, patients have become aware of their vulnerability and have feared a co-infection flu/COVID-19. The supply difficulties faced by pharmacies have postponed the vaccination of a few patients. The usefullness of the pursuit of flu vaccination has been discussed because of the protective measures. Information overload and disinformation take part in vaccine hesitancy, evenin a pandemic context. Conclusion : COVID-19 pandemic has been able to strengthen the motivations for flu vaccination. It has also led to barriers and public health questions.
