Malgré des connaissances limitées et la grande appréhension que peut procurer l’entrée dans le monde de l’entreprenariat, la volonté des jeunes pharmaciens à s’installer reste néanmoins omniprésent. Il est donc important d’éveiller ces nouveaux chef d’entreprises sur les différentes possibilités financières de rachats, sur les assurances à prévoir, sur les formes d’exercice et leurs régimes d’impositions ainsi que sur la gestion des ressources humaines. Afin d’accompagner les pharmaciens dans leurs projets, de nombreuses aides se sont mises en place au fil des années. Il est donc important d’étudier les différentes possibilités (les différentes typologies, le prix, les possibilités d’évolution…) et de s’entourer d’experts tels que des avocats, expert comptables et banquiers spécialisés dans le milieu officinal. Une installation est une grosse étape qui demande beaucoup de rigueur, de méthode, de patience et de persévérance. The transition from student to owner of a pharmacy is a big step. In spite of limited knowledge and the great apprehension that the entry into the world of entrepreneurship can bring, the desire of young pharmacists to set up their own business remains omnipresent.
