L’objectif principal de notre étude était de déterminer la volonté des salariés à le poursuivre après la fin de celle-ci, de rechercher s’il existait un lien entre cette volonté et plusieurs autres variables. Les objectifs secondaires étaient l’état de santé des télétravailleurs et leur perception de cette organisation de travail. Matériel et méthodes L’étude s’est déroulée dans les Côtes d’Armor entre le 5 mai et le 20 juillet 2021, elle a inclus 280 salariés du secteur privé et de la fonction publique. Résultats 223 femmes et 57 hommes ont répondu au questionnaire. La majorité des participants de notre étude (78 %) désire continuer à télétravailler. Ils s’estiment en meilleure santé (p<0,001), avec une meilleure qualité de sommeil (p < 0,001) et estiment meilleure leur qualité de travail (p<0,01). L’isolement est le principal point négatif exprimé. Conclusion Cette étude montre que suite à la crise sanitaire, le télétravail deviendra courant, une alternance entre un travail en présentiel sur site et télétravail (un ou deux jours par semaine) semble être la nouvelle norme dans les entreprises concernées. Plus de 800 accords ont été signés depuis le début de la crise. Introduction The health crisis triggered by the Covid 19 epidemic led to the massive and rapid implementation of telework. The main objective of our study was to determine the willingness of employees to continue telecommuting after the end of the crisis, and to investigate if there was a link between this willingness and several other variables. The secondary objectives were the health status of the teleworkers and their perception of this work organization. Material and methods The study took place in the Côtes-d'Armor region between May 5 and July 20, 2021, and included 280 employees from the private sector and civil servants. Results 223 women and 57 men answered the questionnaire. The majority of the participants in our study (78%) wants to continue teleworking. They rate themselves healthier (p<0.001), with a better quality of sleep (p<0.001) and rate their quality of work to be better (p<0.01). Isolation was the main negative point expressed. Conclusion This study shows that following the health crisis, telework will become common, alternating between on-site face-to-face work and telework (one or two days per week). It seems to be the new norm in the companies concerned. More than 800 agreements have been signed since the beginning of the crisis.
