     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Les cyanopolyynes et méthylcyanopolynes sont nombreux à avoir été détectés dans le milieu interstellaire. Afin de mener une étude approfondie sur le cyanobutadiyne (HC5N) et le méthylcyanohexatriyne (MeC7N) en physico-chimie ainsi qu’en chimie organique, une voie de synthèse décrite par notre laboratoire a été améliorée pour permettre d’obtenir des échantillons de plusieurs centaines de milligrammes de HC5N ; d’autre part, une nouvelle voie de MeC7N a été entreprise avec l’intermédiaire 1,3,5-heptatriyne (MeC6H). Toutefois, cette synthèse de MeC7N n’a pas abouti. La seconde partie a porté sur la synthèse et la mise en réaction d’isonitriles insaturés cinétiquement instables. L’élaboration d’une voie de synthèse permettant d’obtenir l’isocyanoacétylène (HCCNC) à partir de 2,2-dichloroéthylisonitrile et 2-chlorovinylisonitrile a été engagée mais n’a pas abouti. D’autre part, la mise en réaction d’isonitriles cinétiquement instables a été explorée avec des réactions multi-composés suivies de post-fonctionnalisations. Ces travaux ont permis de démontrer qu’il était possible d’engager en réaction le vinyl-, le propargyl- et l’allénylisonitrile avant qu’ils ne se décomposent. La troisième partie abordée était la mise au point d’une méthode de com­plexation/décomplexation d’isonitriles cinétiquement instables pour les stabiliser et/ou étudier la réactivité chimique de ces espèces. Cette méthodologie solutionne les problèmes de stockage et de mise en réaction d’isonitriles cinétiquement instables.</dcterms:abstract>
     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">Numerous cyanopolynes and methylcyanopolynes have been detected in the interstellar medium. In order to be able to carry out an in-depth study on cyanobutadiyne (HC5N) and methylcyanohexatriyne (MeC7N) in physico-chemistry as well as in organic chemistry, a synthetic pathway described by our laboratory has been improved, allowing the synthesis of HC5N on several hundred milligrams scales; a new MeC7N pathway has been proposed with the 1,3,5-heptatriyne (MeC6H) intermediate. However, the synthesis of MeC7N was unsuccessful. The second part concerns the synthesis and reactivity of kinetically unstable unsaturated isonitriles. The development of a synthetic route to obtain isocyanoacetylene (HCCNC) from 2,2-dichloroethylisonitrile and 2-chlorovinylisonitrile has been initiated but couldn’t be achieved. However, the reactivity of kinetically unstable isonitriles has been explored with multicomponent reactions followed by post-functionalizations. This work demonstrated that it was possible to react vinyl-, propargyl- and allenylisonitrile before they decompose. The last part of this work was the development of a method of complexation/decomplexation of kinetically unstable isonitriles to stabilize them and study their chemical reactivity. This methodology solves the storage and study of reactivity problems of kinetically unstable isonitriles.</dcterms:abstract>
