     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Mes travaux portent sur l’IRM de diffusion, et plus particulièrement sur l’optimisation d’un des paramètres d’acquisition, à savoir, les gradients de champ magnétique. Chaque gradient offre une mesure, et un grand nombre de mesures permet de remonter à des informations de microstructure. Cependant, faire un grand nombre de mesures prend du temps et il est nécessaire de choisir intelligemment les gradients pour faire des acquisitions rapides. Cela est rendu complexe par le degré de liberté qu’offrent les gradients, l’espace de recherche est presque infini. J’ai pu pendant ma thèse explorer plusieurs techniques afin de choisir ces gradients. J’ai notamment proposé un protocole qui, grâce à l’acquisition compressée et l’apprentissage de dictionnaire, permet de choisir des gradients sur leur capacité à extrapoler le signal pour des paramètres d’acquisition non vus. J’ai également proposé un protocole faisant appel à un algorithme génétique afin de générer des gradients permettant de maximiser la sensibilité des gradients à certains paramètres de microstructure. Enfin, j’ai aussi adapté des outils d’estimation de paramètres de microstructure pour qu’ils soient compatibles avec des formes généralisées de gradient.</dcterms:abstract>
     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">My work focuses on diffusion MRI, and more particularly on the optimization of one of the acquisition parameters, that are the magnetic field gradients. Each gradient offers a measurement, and a large number of measurements can be used to obtain microstructure information. However, making a large number of measurements is time consuming and it is necessary to choose the gradients smartly to make fast acquisitions. This is made complex by the degree of freedom offered by the gradients, the search space is almost infinite. During my thesis, I was able to explore several techniques to choose these gradients. In particular, I proposed a protocol that, thanks to compressed sensing and dictionary learning, allows to choose gradients on their ability to extrapolate the signal for unseen acquisition parameters. I also proposed a protocol using a genetic algorithm to generate gradients that maximize the sensitivity of the gradients to certain microstructure parameters. Finally, I adapted tools for the estimation of microstructure parameters to make them compatible with generalized gradients waveforms.</dcterms:abstract>
