     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Lorsque l’homme voyage dans l’espace, du fait de la diminution de la gravité, son corps est obligé de s’adapter afin de pouvoir survivre dans ce nouvel environnement. Pour cela, le corps met en place des modifications à court terme comme la baisse du volume sanguin mais aussi à long terme comme la perte de masse musculaire et osseuse. Tous ces changements définissent ce que l’on pourrait appeler « la physiologie humaine de l’espace ». A cause de ces modifications, de nombreuses voies métaboliques sont touchées et notamment celle des médicaments. Il est donc nécessaire d’étudier les variations de pharmacocinétique dans l’espace afin d’établir des plans de prises adaptés à la vie en microgravité, permettant ainsi de sécuriser la prise de médicament dans l’espace. D’autre part, la conservation des médicaments est un enjeu majeur dans la conquête spatiale. Etant eux aussi soumis à ce nouvel environnement et donc exposés aux radiations solaires, les médicaments s’y altérèrent plus rapidement.</dcterms:abstract>
     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">When Human travel in space, because of the reduction of gravity, his body must adapt to survive into this new environment. For this, the body made short term changes like decrease in blood volume but also long term changes like loss of muscle and bone mass. All of these changes define what one might call "the human space physiology". As a result of these changes, many metabolic pathways are affected, including that of drugs. It is therefore necessary to study variations of pharmacokinetics in space to establish intake plans adapted to life in microgravity, making it possible to secure taking drug in space. On either side, conservation of drugs is a major state in the space conquest. Being also subjected to this new environment and therefore exposed to solar radiation, drugs deteriorate more quickly.</dcterms:abstract>
