En effet, de nombreux risques doivent être pris en compte pour prévenir toute pathologie : infections, troubles digestifs, troubles veineux, .... Ces risques sont d’autant plus importants chez la femme enceinte voyageuse du fait des modifications anatomiques et hormonales liées à la grossesse mais aussi de la présence du foetus. Le pharmacien est donc un acteur essentiel dans le conseil officinal pour la femme enceinte afin de l’informer des règles hygiéno-diététiques de prévention ainsi que des traitements possibles au cours de la grossesse en lien avec les pathologies du voyage. Il a également un rôle d’orientation de la patiente vers son médecin afin de mettre en place une chimioprophylaxie paludique et certaines vaccinations, en fonction de la destination du voyage. A patient who wishes to travel must receive special attention from the pharmacist. Indeed, many risks must be taken into account to prevent any pathology: infections, digestive disorders, venous disorders, .... These risks are all the more important for pregnant women who travels because of the anatomical and hormonal changes related to pregnancy and the presence of the foetus. The pharmacist is therefore an essential actor in the pharmacy advice for the pregnant woman in order to inform her of the hygienic and dietetic rules of prevention as well as the possible treatments during pregnancy in relation to travel-related pathologies. He also has a role in referring the patient to her doctor in order to set up a malaria chemoprophylaxis and certain vaccinations, depending on the travel destination.
