Elle nécessite une forte collaboration interprofessionnelle, définie comme un partenariat entre plusieurs professionnels de santé impliquant de nombreux échanges, et apportant une dimension de synergie au service d’un projet commun. Objectif : L’objectif principal de cette étude était d’évaluer la perception de l’interprofessionnalité auprès des soignants libéraux participant à un projet d’ETP de patients atteints de BPCO dans le pays d’Auray (RESPIBREIZH). L’objectif secondaire était de rechercher les facteurs constituant des moteurs et des freins dans la mise en place et le déploiement de projets d’ETP sur le territoire. Matériels et méthodes : Onze entretiens individuels semi-dirigés ont été menés auprès de professionnels de santé participant au programme entre novembre 2019 et février 2020 (médecins, pharmaciens, infirmiers, masseurs-kinésithérapeutes, éducateur activité physique adaptée-santé, nutritionniste). Une analyse de données textuelles a été utilisée afin de mettre en évidence les éléments de langage les plus révélateurs des entretiens (logiciel MyKnowledge®, Semdeepar®). Résultats : Les professionnels de santé ont perçu l’interprofessionnalité comme un moyen de lutte contre l’isolement professionnel, de changement de pratique, d’amélioration de la qualité de travail, et de dynamisation du territoire malgré les manques de moyens, notamment financiers et humains. Conclusion : L’interprofessionnalité, encore balbutiante en France, est perçue positivement par les professionnels de santé libéraux. Son développement, à travers de nouvelles organisations territoriales, permettrait d’améliorer le parcours patient au plus près de son domicile, tirer profit des compétences et complémentarités de chacun et constituerait donc une véritable plus-value en termes de santé publique. Introduction: In chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), therapeutic patient education (TPE) is recommended as routine treatment. It requires a strong interprofessional collaboration, defined as a partnership between several health professionals involving numerous exchanges, and bringing a dimension of synergy to a common project. Objective: The main objective of this study was to evaluate the perception of interprofessionality among independent health professionals participating in a TPE project of COPD patients in the Auray country (RESPIBREIZH). The secondary objective was to investigate the factors that constitute the drivers and brakes in the implementation and deployment of TPE projects in the territory. Materials and methods: Eleven semi-directed individual interviews were conducted with health professionals participating in the program between November 2019 and February 2020 (doctors, pharmacists, nurses, masseur-physiotherapists, adapted physical activity/health coach, nutritionist). An analysis of textual data was used to highlight the most revealing language elements of the interviews (MyKnowledge® software, Semdeepar®). Results: The health professionals perceived interprofessionality as a means of combating professional isolation, changing practices, improving the quality of work, and boosting the territory despite the lack of resources, particularly financial and human. Conclusion: Interprofessionality, which is still in its infancy in France, is perceived positively by independent health professionals. Its development, through new territorial organizations, would make it possible to improve patient care as close to home as possible, to take advantage of the skills and complementarities of each individual. It would therefore constitute a real added value in terms of public health.
