Tout écart aux normes réglementaires ou aux procédures est une déviation. Toute déviation doit être investiguée et tracée. Cette thèse a pour but d’évaluer la possibilité de réduire les déviations en analysant les réglementations internationales applicables puis en décrivant les différents outils de Lean Management permettant d’aboutir à cette réduction. Cette thèse s’appuie sur l’exemple d’un site pharmaceutique spécialisé en médecine vétérinaire ayant conduit un projet de réduction. The pharmaceutical industry is a particularly regulated sector. Any deviation from regulatory standards or procedures is a deviation. Any deviation must be investigated and traced. This thesis aims to evaluate the possibility to reduce deviations by analyzing the applicable international regulations and then describing the different Lean Management tools that can be used to achieve this reduction. This thesis is based on the example of a pharmaceutical site specialized in veterinary medicine that has conducted a reduction project.
