     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Pathologie émergente touchant une femme sur dix, l’endométriose se caractérise par un tableau clinique atypique : forme asymptomatique, infertilité ou douleurs spécifiques (dysménorrhées, dyspareunies, troubles digestifs et/ou urinaires). Impactant la qualité de vie, une majorité des patientes ont recours à des alternatives thérapeutiques complémentaires afin de contrôler leurs douleurs. Ainsi, les résultats de l’enquête montrent que les thérapeutiques physiques (ostéopathie, acupuncture, yoga …) sont majoritairement utilisées suivi par l’adoption d’un régime alimentaire spécifique (anti-inflammatoire, sans gluten …) et enfin par l’usage de la micronutrition, de la phytothérapie, de l’aromathérapie voire de l’homéopathie. Professionnel de santé en première ligne, le pharmacien d’officine peut être sollicité par des patientes de plus en plus intéressées. Celui-ci sera vigilant à la compatibilité de ces alternatives avec le profil des patientes et veillera à les orienter vers des médecins spécialistes de l’endométriose.</dcterms:abstract>
     <dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">Emerging pathology affecting one in ten women, endometriosis is characterized by an atypical clinical presentation : asymptomatic form, infertility or specific pain (dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia, digestive and/or urinary disorders). Impacting the quality of life, a majority of patients resort to complementary therapeutic alternatives in order to control their difficulties. Thus, the survey results show that physical therapies (osteopathy, acupuncture, yoga …) are mainly used followed by the adoption of a specific diet (anti-inflammatory, gluten-free, etc.) and finally by the use of micronutrition, phytotherapy, aromatherapy and even homeopathy. A front-line healthcare professional, the pharmacist can be applieds by patients who are more and more interested. He will be vigilant about the compatibility of these alternatives with the patient profile and will ensure that he is referred to doctors specializing in endometriosis.</dcterms:abstract>
