Plus de 50% de la patientèle d’un médecin présente au moins deux conduites à risques. Ce travail explorait les pratiques et les représentations des médecins généralistes sur l’éducation en santé et leurs opinions sur une application numérique d’auto-questionnaire. Méthode : étude qualitative par entretiens semi-dirigés auprès de 15 médecins généralistes d’Ille-et-Vilaine, analyse thématique. Résultats : les médecins considéraient avoir un rôle privilégié essentiellement en prévention secondaire. Les interventions étaient ciblées et opportunistes, rarement systématisées et variées d’un médecin à l’autre. L’éducation était freinée principalement par le manque de temps et les difficultés à aborder un comportement sans répercussion clinique ou considéré stigmatisant. Les médecins souhaitaient une amélioration du maillage paramédical autour du patient et des campagnes de santé. L’application numérique était acceptable sous réserve d’être simple à utiliser et adaptable aux pratiques. Conclusion : Les pratiques différaient de façon importante en fonction des représentations sur les processus de changement et sur l'autonomie du patient. Améliorer la formation initiale est primordiale. L'éducation en santé devrait être multidisciplinaire, coordonnée et bénéficier d'une prise en charge forfaitaire. La création d'un nouvel outil doit être adaptée aux pratiques des médecins généralistes pour qu'il soit adopté. Introduction : The health comportements about tobacco, excessive consumption of alcohol, a sedentary lifestyle and eating habits represent a major issue of public health. More than 50 percent of a doctor's patients get at least two risk behaviour. This survey analysed the practices and representations of general practitioners about the health education and their opinion concerning a self-survey digital application. Method : a qualitative survey was conducted through semi directive interwiews of 15 general practitioners based in Ille-et-Vilaine,a thematic analysis was realized. Results : The practitioners considered that they had a priviledged part in secondary prevention mainly. Their interventions were targeted and opportunistic, rarely systematised, and different according to the practitioner. Education was held down by the lack of time and the difficulties in dealing with a behaviour without some clinical implications or implying a stigmatising judgement. The practitioners looked forward to an improvement of the paramedical network concerning the patient and some health prevention campaigns. The digital application was approved provided that it would be easy to use and adaptable to the pratics. Conclusion : The practices were consequently different according to the representations on the change process and the patient autonomy. Improving the initial training is essential. Health education should be multidisciplinary, coordinated and benefit from a flat-rate support. The creation of a new tool must be adapted to the practices of the general practitioners in order to be adopted.
